Hi. My sister's and I inherited our father's PA home, but he died without a will so we have to go through probate. The problem is that since he died while living in Nevada, Pennsylvania requires a Nevada probate to be conducted first. However, we can't find a Nevada attorney willing to do the probate since he had no real property in Nevada. Can anyone offer any advice? Thank you in advance.
