Hey BP,I'm under contract for a property down in Miramar Beach and wanted to reach out to others who currently own properties in the area or are in a similar situation.I'll mostly be managing from afar and already have quite a few leads for the following, but I wanted to see if I could generated some referrals for the below providers in the Destin or Miramar Beach area.

Since it's not an individual pool we can't turn it off and on for each guest when needed, it would be on all winter.I'd love some feedback from anyone here that's had an STR in the panhandle / Destin area or nearby where it tends to get quite cool over the winter and added a heated pool option.

I would suggest specifically checking out Panama City Beach, Destin, Miramar Beach, Fort Walton, and Navarre (up and coming).
