Vacation Rental - Miramar Beach/Destin, FL

Hey BP,

I'm under contract for a property down in Miramar Beach and wanted to reach out to others who currently own properties in the area or are in a similar situation.

I'll mostly be managing from afar and already have quite a few leads for the following, but I wanted to see if I could generated some referrals for the below providers in the Destin or Miramar Beach area. I've already got some I'm leaning towards, but would love to get some feedback from the community.

-Landscape Maintenance (no grass, just trimming/maintaining palms, flowers, mulch, etc.)

-Pool Maintenance (monthly maintenance check-ups and on-call service for emergencies)

-Home Cleaners (familiar with scheduling process on STRs)

-Photographers (experience in STR photography, aerial capabilities)

-Handyman/Contractors (small repairs/updates, on-call service for emergencies)
