A case in point: My girlfriend just got hold of some guy in a town a fair distance away trying to sell his house.

An experienced professional will limit the scope of the audit and present your case in the best light possible.

That's not the case in my state.Also, we have "disclosed dual" agents who can represent both the buyer and the seller equally - it doesn't have to be one or the other or a transaction broker (although it can be those too).

This will be the case in every major city before long.
