Clear House rules, consistently enforced; routine periodic inspections; monitoring vehicles for current tags and insurance; and an easy to use camera system to monitor and document common areas 24/7 are a necessity.If, on the other hand, you have very little knowledge/experience with maintenance and repairs; or want to rely on a PM "app", and a "team" yet to be assembled...probably not a good idea at all.

One alternative idea I've had is to actually use a wifi video camera that records the meters -- however that is not the most streamlined approach.So is anyone using connected water submeters and how have they worked for you?

I ended up buying a professional snake (one of those thousand dollar+ jobs) from a retiring plumber for $400 that I talked down to $200.I did used to pay for professional servicing, in fact had jetting/cutting/camera done just 6 months prior to this incident which I now think half of the job wasn't even done at all let alone correctly.

They also have hybrid class online and as I understand it, you have to log in and be on camera at specific times.I'm guessing in person or live classes are proably about $1000 for the basic license...and maybe another $200-$300 over the next couple of years to take your additional SAE.Our brokerage KW also has a free online course, self paced all on your own if you are good at reading the material and then taking the quizes all on your own.
