You could check another provider and ban their company.

They are all going into ban in the next 18 months. 100% ban, no STR's at all.

Hi @Lyall Storandt.Our system auto-edits for a lot of "banned" words, and yes loan is one of them.

It almost amounts to hoarding, which is why India banned agricultural futures because people were starving.

An eviction ban is taking property, by denying rights to recover property that is not being paid for.

Eventually they will banned non-licensed individuals because for the simple fact there are too many things people attempting this Real Estate game and want to fast forward through the learning and other important parameters needed.

On the smoking topic, I am unaware of any area that forbids a landlord from prohibiting smoking on their property.In the case of my properties, I tried to ban it a few years ago and immediately got move-out notices.

They are generally banned in most areas.Additionally costs to start will be high and you will have no return for many years to cover those expenses.  

I should clarify...I don't want to ban guns!
