@Salvatore LentiniHello Salvatore, How would I go about finding financing on a 2-4 unit multi- family in upstate New York ( preferably Queensbury, Saratoga springs, Glens falls area) with no experience ever buying a home or investing/ management experience?

Also, did you know that between realtors and investors the average PR receives up to about 40 pieces of mail per month according to one PR I talked to (that was for a property in Perris in Riverside County).
