This is my first venture into RE.I'm in Mississauga, Ontario and looking to start a master mind group with some others (maybe 3-5 people) in the GTA region.

You would definitely want to check out the NH RE Mastermind group in Nashua.  

Personally, my annual training budget is about $30K which pays for three mastermind groups, a handful of courses, some very specialized training events and a handful of fun events like Peter Fortunato (who's speaking this weekend in Santa Ana).This would be a waste if I never took any action with what I learn.

If you are in the Alpharetta area, I would recommend attending the monthly northern Atlanta real estate meet up / mastermind group which is held in sandy springs each month.

I am in the North Hollywood area and would love to attend any Meet Ups/ Mastermind groups that any of you may know about.
