As far as just accepting they won't pay, that is kind of like saying you left your door unlocked on your house and thief stole your belongings, so why bother reporting it to the police.

I now believe that the management company is a thief.

Thiefs steal appliances all the time.

If everything is A-OK on the border, why is every agency involved with border control sounding all alarms saying things are beyond a breaking point?

You can power them via solar panels, they have alarms you can trigger and you can also speak/hear through them. 

Question for Agents / brokers ...When a prospective buyer asks whether a listing is FHA eligible, what alarms go off in your head?

Glad it was a false alarm! 

You'll have to decide that.But I always get alarmed when people feel like they're "missing out."

I visit my property monthly when I do preventative manintenance - test smoke alarms, test GFCI receptacles, flush WH T&P valves, change AC filters and flush condensate drains, feel the bottom of sink drains, blow leaves off the roof etc etc etc...For a while I did the "call me when you need me" thing, until one day a tenant moved out after 1 year, and I went to the AC closet, and I saw 11 filters untouched.  

If the alarms are going because there is smoke coming from the kitchen . . .
