I was almost taken by the Fortune Builders course, but I did learn a few things from the free 1 hr sell session they had so I feel that was time well spent. 

I've learned more practical knowledge here on BP than I had in the previous 5 years of "free" webinars (which are really just sales pitches disguised as training sessions) and guru email blasts.

I have attended a training session from fasttrackremodeling.com.

I follow my practice with a stream of consciousness journaling session where I just write down everything going through my head without judgment.

You as a student benefit from learning for those mistakes and getting hours of training packed up neatly into hour long weekly sessions with your mentor.

Keep in mind that I am NOT guru friendly and have had my share of "cheap $997" courses and 2-day "all-inclusive" workshops that contained much less informational value than what could be found in a 2 hour search session here at BiggerPockets...

I've only been to one session and can already feel the positive energy from the crew!
