Hello there BP community. I am looking to expand my contractor network in the Houston area. It would be very much appreciated if you could provide me some contact details for some great contractors that have experience in working with investors. If you prefer to PM me that works as well. We work on many different single family properties. Some being extensive rehabs and others being lipstick jobs to get the subject property rent ready. So if you even have multiple contractors to cover both of these types of rehabs and everything in between that would be great too.
