A long-term goal is to get into commercial multifamily or other commercial real estate sectors.  

Student loan forgiveness is a controversial topic but here’s why I feel this way: Paying off student loans means we are transferring a trillion dollars out of the private sector (which is your salary and RE investing potential and is the only source for economic growth) to government agencies which use money extremely inefficiently and impede economic growth. 

Also, investments in downtown redevelopment, infrastructure improvements, and the healthcare and technology sectors have contributed to job growth. 

But I would also spend some time thinking about sector and type not just location.  

Diversify in multiple sector. 

With its booming economy and thriving industrial sector, Chennai offers a wide range of warehouse options to cater to your business needs.

As you mentioned Harrisburg has experienced a population growth, and it has diverse job sectors. 

This is fueling growth in tons of sectors, including housing in surrounding neighborhoods. 

Due to the highly competitive market and high cost of entry into the Austin RE sector cash flowing from day 1 is unlikely.

It just seems like both sectors are growing in popularity at this point.
