If all these skips are known to be within a certain geographical area (aka your target markets) then that could serve as a sufficient clue in order to build the desired profiles.

I'll still request the written explanation, but that does make me feel better.

As long as the fundamentals are there, you can make money in almost any geographic area.

The street is fairly close to an interstate nearby, so this might be the explanation for the price discount?
