The location is very close to the Gulf of Mexico and this neighborhood is a desirable location and real estate agents in the past have told us we could rent our house easily.Is it possible to use hard money or some other private money to do the repairs so we could move soon and get it rented out?

I soon found myself offing them to dealers from Mexico and ranchers from the Central Valley and because I was selling them the State required me to obtain my California Manufactured Home Dealers license which I continue to hold to this day.Finally when we started moving our operations into resident owned manufactured home developments on new development projects I was required to obtain my RE Brokers licensed because I was buying and selling real estate along with installing the new manufactured homes.So as you can see I actually backed into most if not all of my credentials by default.

I don't need the leads or contacts within New Mexico but It doesn't hurt to see who from the Albuquerque area is on this site and is making cash in RE.I moved here 5 months ago from Irvine, California to buy up property, there was no way i would make any substantial dent when renting $1,800 for a 2 bed/1bath in Irvine when I could just come out here and buy a 4 plex for a portion of that rent in Irvine....so i got approved to work remote and I made the family move (I have my father and brother out here already so it wasn't just a drop of a pin on the US map, lol!

, I moved a few months ago to Dallas, TX from Mexico City, I have a property with cash flow down there and now I want to invest here in Dallas.I'm very interested in an FHA loan but I've been reading and it said that I need two years of working history (Tax returns, pay stubs, etc).
