Regardless of type, all people living in our units need to be pre-approved, fill out an application (shortened for occupants), get a photo of their drivers license, and have a criminal background check.Think about what you want when the current lease is up, and figure out how much you can require now to have in your records.

If you're planning to screen your prospective tenants yourself, I highly suggest that you conduct a thorough screening, which would include a background and criminal check, credit check, eviction history check, and income check.

This way you'll think "Damn...he may have something on me" and you'll just send him his money.keep in mind nothing is serious as long as its not a criminal act any threats of this nature are just laughable and some one is watching to much Hollywood TV / Movies.. real world simply does not work like that. now folks can try to take a poke at you on Social media.. there is some weird site about rating real estate agents in Oregon and some one I have no clue who it is .. posted something negative about me..
