In Florida, electronic signature is also legal, but one part of Florida Statute 668.50(18)(a) requires that:An electronic record or electronic signature is attributable to a person if the record or signature was the act of the person.

In Florida, AC is not required by statute, so if your tenant is unhappy let them out of their lease and move on.
