We've been using the following Delta showerheads which are all 1.5gpm flows - the first comes both standalone and as part of a complete bath/shower kit - we've installed eight new tub/showers using this kit in the past two years and the tenants are all delighted by the performance ... and surprised when they find out its 1gpm less than a traditional showerhead.http://www.deltafaucet.ca/bath/details/rp54752.htm...http://www.deltafaucet.ca/bath/details/t14438-h2o....http://www.deltafaucet.ca/bath/details/52637-15-pk...http://www.deltafaucet.ca/bath/details/52638-15-pk...http://www.homedepot.com/p/Delta-1-Spray-1-5-gpm-W...

we bought a home, unoccupied for a long time 6 -8 months and no heat on. during my inspection i pulled a piece of paneling off the wall and exposed the wallboard behind the paneling and found mold. we were able to pitch a lower price and still closed with the bank. once we owned it . we removed the paneling, sprayed concentrated well clorine on the effected walls using a paint sprayer and left the home for several weeks closed up. then started to air the place out. we then used a primer called jammer ( what they use after a fire ) to seal up the walls and proceded to paint the basement and kept the dehumiftifier on after that. so far 4 years have passed and no signs of reoccourance.

What HVAC installers have informed me is that keep A\C filter clean, use spray cleaner for coils when dirty, when most older A\C s were installed in Florida we didn't have the code requiring the retaping of vents with a quality tape to prevent leakage into the attic.Additionally the insulation, windows and doors are going to be contributing factors. You will be surprised how many people in South Florida do Not realize the amount of money being wasted by the Duct tape drying out and air venting into Non A\C spaces.
