You will at this point have to accept some sort of short term vacancy 1-15 days during the gap of the move in as new tenant will want a deep cleaning and thorough sanitation before to move in anyways.

And while people want to blame it on the virus our economy & society had deep flaws & risks many ignored & would not discuss like entitlements, socialism creeping in over decades & more like national debt & of course the elephant in the room of Federal Reserve manipulation & Keynesian not Austrian/Biblical Economics!

When we finally decided to fire him, it almost seemed as if he was relieved, and because we were able to keep a good line of communication and mutual respect, the premature ending of the contract went well.

So I would suggest you may want to take a deep look at yourself and ask "What is it about me that attracts lousy workers that I need to keep tabs on and repels honest workers that can be trusted to do a job?"
