There's a lot of momentum as people move to more affordable intown areas.  

I've been a member for sometime and tried to get momentum and just last month it went from 0 to 100 in no time flat!

Hi everyone,I'm new to the real estate game but I'm looking to build momentum fast.My first year, I'm planning on wholesaling, with the possibly of partnering (80/20 their benefit) with a buyer on a fix-and-flip project just to learn.My goal is to be wholesaling four homes a month by the end of the year.

I will continue to build off of this momentum and reach my goal of 15 flips in 2017.

You must develop your ARV using currently sold comps.  

Following the BRRRR method is a great way to keep up momentum and making deals happen.

I’m currently working on growing my portfolio at the pace of 1 or more deals per month and would love to find an agent who can match my momentum or even boost it.

We were very strategic about this as we have no debt besides 3 houses, had 15 months of expenses in the bank, and had built great momentum with closing 4 deals just in January.

I could only wish I could have kept the momentum up back then.
