Hi, I'm Brant . I am from South central PA. For the most part I am new to RE. I blundered across this site not long ago and I love it! Tons of good info and i am listening to podcast every day. I am sort of a newbie.. When I was 18 I bought two duplex(with the help of my mother co-signing for me). I am currently 32 and have managed to keep my properties in good operation. I could only wish I could have kept the momentum up back then. I have been passionate about real estate ever since! I will be moving to norther Idaho in the beginning of next year. I am excited to get involved in some local reia clubs there to learn to know some people, learn the market and to start investing! I am hoping to do some fix and flips but mostly buy and holds, as at first I will have a job and will be pushing this on the side. I hope to be full time sooner then later!!!
