That first year was rough, I had my head in the clouds and took my eye off my cash flow and instead tried to be some overly savvy hybrid of an accountant, lawyer, & RE investor.  

If you are using your apps in the cloud then it won't matter what you are using to get there.If you plan to need to install software (Quickbooks etc.) then it's best to go with MS because software is compatible.Beyond compatibility and cost there isn't much difference in laptops.

I'm not saying buying real estate should be as simple as buying toothpaste, and I get the idea of title clouds, but there HAS to be a better system than the one we have in place.

I used hard money to fund an auction purchase with plenty of time (actually got an extra 30 day extension due to a title cloud). 

Ive heard of stessa and tenant cloud on some of the more recent BP podcasts.

Bumped again to see if anyone on the forum can speak to using Tenant Cloud first hand?  

I let the church reference cloud my judgement and went forward with a deal with was only so-so on paper and I trusted all of the investors' spread sheets that he shared with me.  

Actually NDA's can be useful to a wholesaler who does have a property under contract but hasn't clouded the title.If you can't get the title clouded by using a Affidavit and Memorandum of Interest than you can use a NDA in place of it.

I then upload the video to a cloud service and send them a link to all the videos for their review.
