Hi i am currently using cozy for my rentals. Ive heard of stessa and tenant cloud on some of the more recent BP podcasts. Is there more perks with them over cozy?

@Kye Dawson I have glanced at both stessa and tenant cloud. I am sure they are great products and maybe I will use them someday, but I have been using cozy for a few years on my Berwyn area portfolio here in Chicago and I couldn't be happier. Cozy does a solid job, and the only thing I wish was more robust is the accounting platform. To be fair, I think they would have to invest a lot more into the platform to compete with quick books. For basic rent collection, document storage, work orders, etc, cozy is great.
