@Matt Hendrickson, re agents work in a super competitive space, so part time is gonna be very difficult...unless you have access to a large group of people you can network in person, like your church group or similar tight knit group that will support you.

Oh Thankyou so much for a reply :)The area is near N63rd St, Leavenworth Rd, Yecker Ave, Roswell Ave and N62nd St, Sunset Hills Christian Church and Sunset Plaza Shopping centre are in the area are all in the surrounds of the section of Webster Ave I am looking at buying the said home in........A little bit further are Thomson Park and Eisenhower Park and Eisenhower Middle school all seem to be close to Webster Ave section I'm looking at.
