Well you have to understand that people tend to associate wealth with being some cigar smoking fat lard with trophy wife and mistresses with big mansions and at least 2 private jets.  

I promise you that I can sell you swamp land in Florida and the brochures, pictures and fat paychecks made in the past will make you think you see 98% of what you want to see and not what is true.

That is the reason why hardly any American kids can do anything with their hands, are fat, and soft.  

If my bank account becomes too fat, ( haven't had that problem very often ) I then pay down loans.

Agents shouldn't be telling each other what the highest offer is-though someone said they can in some areas.You and your agent need to be on the same page. 

Run away my man...run just as fast as you can in the opposite direction.

I've been doing research and listening to bigger pockets for the past 6 to 8 months, gathering as much information and knowledge I can in preparation for the right opportunity.

My files are all quite fat and it is difficult to open the drawers to see the file tabs.What do those of you who have 20 or more houses do?
