Yup it's all smoke and mirrors by California politicians.  

If you are on the other side of my equation, such as an area like New York City, I feel as though your experiences will be a mirrored contrast as the flow from one goes to another.

I guess he is using some smoke and mirrors to keep his name out there.

IE Omaha land use mirrors Portland Or were we have been very successful with this custom software we created.. 

They must just give it to anyone if they can sit up and fog a mirror !

When this stuff first came up on BP one Member Tyler was posting monthly on his investment and he laid it out fully rehabbed house that the rehab budget was 9k.. right then I knew it was just smoke and mirrors.. 

You would go into the bathroom look around and say yep the toilet needs replace so you would click the bathroom tab click on toilet and hit replace the program then used current home depot price for a toilet then added in the average price for a plumber to come in and install one. then you could go on and add a shower mirror vanity ect ect.

He talks about doing an accusation audit or finding out what their concerns are and being prepared for them as well as using mirroring techniques.

But it is a wealth-producing asset, even if it only mirrors the general rate of inflation.
