Would love to know where you are finding 100k gross on a 500k property :)Collin - thanks, I'll up the maintenance budget.Sarah - I do use Airdna for projected revenue which is why I included the cleaning fees - my understanding any income just gets rolled up in "revenue" regardless of what the cleaning fees are vs nightly rate.

With condos there are very few buildings that are reasonable (ie. not $5M beachfront building on Collins Avenue) that allow short term rentals and some private home HOA put restrictions as well. 

I agree with @Matt McCurdy on top of what he added, with Quaker Oats, General Mills, ADM, Collins Aerospace, and more, CR has a built in buffer shielding us a bit from nation-wide market issues.
