Recommended Markets in Iowa for First Time Real Estate Investing

Hi everyone!

We recently moved from Oregon to Eastern Iowa last summer. My husband and I are just starting to look into real estate investing, (SFR or duplex), in the state of Iowa. Any recommendations for markets to look at in Iowa? Looking for solid B neighborhoods. Thank you!
