I am thinking that being a passive investor would give me returns but could also hopefully give me an opportunity to learn from someone who is already successful by being a part of their syndicate in some function.  

That would be your functioning window, but in real life, most of the time that window usually remains closed.  

If you know how to use the public records online search functions, you can do your own search, but it's not advised for beginners.  

Would squeeze pages be utilized separate from the website or just keep it simple and have one functioning website available for both.

Think about the function of an equity contribution vs. debt in the event of any suit, bankruptcy, disolution of the business, incapacitation of a partner and heirs moving in to the company in the evnt of a partners death.

Although I've never considered this function when analyzing rental properties.

A block may be split with a diagonal line, the top gets a check mark when a function has been achieved, the bottom of the box gets another check when another function is completed.

Not saying what you should choose just use the search function and read novels on the pro's and cons here on BP and then you can make your choice.

I can't seem to grasp what that is, and I've tried using the search function, but no luck.
