Using PropStream and iFlip

Hello Everyone,

We are newbie investors who have bought and sold a few homes but now want to get serious about investing.

We know we need a mentor to kick our butts and focus on the important stuff and we know we need a system to follow, and one that matches today's real estate market conditions.

We think Wholesale Flipping is the shortest route to first payday. Thoughts?

So, we are thinking of buying Cameron Dunlap's iFlip and wonder if anyone is using it or has feedback on the system or Cameron Dunlap?.

Also, we bought PropStream (PropValueData) a while back through Robert Allen and are learning to use it to find REOs and assess properties quickly.

Again anyone with PropStream stories to tell would be most welcome.

Thanks,

Cliff
