Ultimately, reviewing the different elements of high-converting webpages for inspiration is not a bad idea, you just have to understand what elements you should be paying attention to (social proof, testimonials, interactive elements, is the text laid out in a friendly and easy to read manner, etc).

It is hard to find a bunch of LLC's that don't have a web page or any easy way to find them, so the list brokers pass a lot of owners up.

If the city your looking in has a webpage of the cities properties & who or what owns them would be  a good start.

It acts more like an application than a web page. 

One thing I’m really concerned about is if I do get a Investor Carrot site, if I even decide to cancel my subscription will I have to build a new webpage brand all over.

View it as a Web page.

If your webpage just asks for their info and doesn't give them anything in return, you will probably have a low conversion.
