This thread could become very popular as it already started to and the Google engine will find your title and potentially mislead viewers who don't actually read this entire thread that BP is some sort of illegal foregrounds for investors.

A good resource to find ownership information and some of their contact data is Parcel Viewer, unfortunately they are only available for the state of California.

I see a lot of deals on the marketplace, but I am just wondering how many were sold specifically from BP viewers and bloggers.Cheers,Johnny

Would you experienced viewers say a sewer line is a more difficult job than a water line?

If a viewer was not attentive to the missed detail of what was being presented during the webinar, one could easily assume the missed portion of information was not overly important.

My path here seems quite similar to many - stumbling upon and reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad and I've been a regular viewer of Dave Ramsey's YouTube channel.

Looking at realtor (filter for multi-family and use the maps viewer) to get a decent idea of what asking prices are going for. 

I watched @Brandon Turner's webinar on April 6 and he challenged the viewers to buy their 1st/next property within the next 100 days.
