We treat bees as a 24hr priority as they can hurt and potentially kill people. 

Real estate is not rocket science, stop treating it as such. 

It's not clear how they manage the passive investors, but if this is an indication of how they treat people, I would never give them my money.  

No company should treat it's customers and clients like that, not matter the situation a company is going through.

Find one person that says they were, " not treated well " by me, not going to happen.  

The mold, if it's not black, won't be a major issue and can be bleached or treated.

Since each of your LLCs owns 50% of the holding company, but the holding company doesn’t own your individual LLCs, the IRS will likely treat your LLCs as separate, single-member LLCs for tax purposes.

I personally choose to utilize the traditional LLC for my first few properties and it has treated me well.
