I realize that there would be additional transport costs to Colorado.

Tyson chose Humbolt Tennessee for the new plant.But, I heard from that ironworker that they are dismantling a biodiesel and ethanol plant up north, transporting it to Coffeyville, and reassembling it here.

Check out the type of local retail stores and amenities and schools could make a difference as well as any school or business-related bus stops for public transportation. 

Also, as each of these containers needs to be shipped in individually (one per truck) that unless you're going to a local or regional supplier, the transportation costs will be substantial.I hope this helps.Scott

Something else to consider and sometimes is overlook is ease of transportation to your market from where you are living.. 

The camera we use is a Garmin Virb which is around $700 and the software is called Transported.

One thing to keep in mind, is transportation.  

The property is in a C grade trending towards B grade neighborhood, close to shopping, public transport, and a solid high school, has all new windows, updated roof, masonry, electric, and rear porch, and one of the 7 units was fully rehabbed recently.
