I'd recommend an inquiry along the lines of "can we discuss what transpired so we can avoid such complications in the future?" 

But THIS- what has transpired with my dealings with RCN- truly takes the cake.

The owners and I are in full agreement that compensation needs to transpire for us to move into this partnership.

This is literally what has transpired in CRE since 2023, and some of the people who bought the years prior with no cap rates are about to experience here in 2024-2026.

@Jeremy Anan  Your friend needs to pull the docket in his case and figure out when judgment was entered and what transpired since.

Less trusting when using dual agency, the agent leveraged the opportunity and promised things without including the seller that pushed the deal along but never transpired.

I have to assume you ran your loan through escrow and you got title insurance.. and as such you got to view the preliminary title prior to your loan funding.. and you gave escrow instructions that title company could record your lien if and when they could insure you in SEcond position.what transpired after your loan has nothing to do with you or your loan.. sounds like the owner is a fibber...

To this day I do not know anything about what transpired, however, I just looked it up and see that plot of land in Riverside is still vacant and still for sale, whereas the one I chose to invest in near Bozeman, MT is on track for payoff this summer.
