Apparently they paid in full yesterday,  but I am still going to speak with an attorney tomorrow.

Fortunately, the condo has two showers. a plumber will out tomorrow, but I don’t understand how they find the source of the leak, if I can’t authorize for them to cut the dry wall on a condo that’s not mine. shouldn the owner downstairs call a plumber? 

Inspection is done, appraisal tomorrow and then just tidy it up and sell.I hope my future requires a realtor, but for me now selling myself has gone well.

Would definitely hate to be audited and am now wondering if I should contact the closing attorney tomorrow....All I can say after researching this is that the IRS needs to be abolished.  

So, summary; don't be afraid to take the next evolution up to help your today and tomorrows, it's time. 

.: @Justin Buckner.... i do think a 40% reduction in prices or rents is very, very unlikely.To predict housing prices/rents WONT drop by 40% anytime soon is like predicting the sun will rise in the East, not the N,W or S tomorrow morning......

If I thought there was a terrible crash coming tomorrow, I might do it, but I don't think that.

If you moved in to this property tomorrow, after it was empty for 5 years it would get prorated.
