We feel we will make a good team: I'm in project management for a general contractor; brother-n-law is a superintendent for a general contractor; sister-n-law is a real estate agent; and my wife is a photographer/marketer.

I would suggest the PM should be at least a foreman or at average a superintendent of 5 years in rehab/renovation.

So either use his license for a fee and hire a superintendent to oversee the project OR open my own GC company hire a RMO or RME with a Florida GC license internerally.

We have checklists to prevent this kind of thing, but in our superintendents defense, he just a baby and kicked off 4 new projects in the span of 2 weeks!
