Good evening guys , Eric here from NY. Background in Construction ( Superintendent) and as a Contractor.  Starting in wholesale side to develop some Capital to then invest. I have been told NY is one of, if not the hardest market to work in. How true is this? Have seen bandit signs all over for years. Not sure what the take is on it, though I have other States I am starting to market in. Would love some feed back from anyone with experience working here. Thanks
