Have built a couple dozen homes since my early 20's, on the side as specs and for us personally. 

I had a step-son who went to school at SFSU, there were occasional days of pleasant weather, but never like good ole San Diego.CA with crap weather sounds about as close to hell as we will find in this life. 

I'd say, if this is your first eviction, then it can be worth hiring an attorney to make sure you do it exactly by the book and your lease, so there are no delays.Or, you can reason with mother and son about leaving early with some incentive to leave ASAP.P.S.

Ilitch passed away this year, but his son seems to be running the empire and is focused on Detroit.

Considering buying a house for my son to live in with a couple of additional guys.

I don't know if he was trying to serve notice or what but apparently no one answered the door even though the son that lives there was standing just outside the building.

Hello in 2021 my partner and I bought an apartment in FL.The main purpose of the apartment was to invest our money to have it saved for our son to go to college.We have been renting this apartment to a family member who has been paying less than what we pay for mortgage and HOA,so we have been taking money out of pocket to cover expenses and so on.I decided that even thou the purpose of buying it was for college,I’ve had enough taking money out of my pocket to pay the HOA and expenses.My question is if I should sell this apartment or if it would be worthy in the long run to keep it and meanwhile just keep paying the HOA and expenses.Renting it to another person is not an option.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy everything related to the ocean and simply living life together with my wife and infant son!

Her son is living in that house right now and it is falling apart.
