Any suggestions for a sharp Realtor with SFH Investing Mindset in Central Florida?

If I were your agent, it would have - and it would be hours, not days from submission.A sharp agent will tell you to pound sand, but many are not that sharp.  

I'll sharp my question, is there any platform or certain ways I can manage all the basic aspects of investing like, finance, properties analyzing without seeing it in real life, property management , properties buying ans selling, accountants handling and lawyers, taxes etc..BTW I'm visiting the US in a couple of days, anything I should do while i'm there ?

Remember, he/she works for you and you must macro manage his actions to make sure he/she stays sharp.  

You can certainly make money at it, but you'd better have sharp skills, a work ethic, and the ability to learn to love the word "no".  

I have no affiliation however I do recommend the RAREBIRD meetings ..the gentlemen who run it are very sharp.. and there are beginners and experienced investors in the group.
