My favorite term is servant-leadership - and I try to follow it and be like my favorite teacher... who lived a little more that 2000 years ago :)Going forward, I'm interested in multifamily and business syndications, mobile home parks, funds, notes, tax liens, and if it is a really good deal I'll pick up a buy and hold rental property.
