Most of their stories are regarding the homeowners who are in default, or some of them dont even know a BPO was ordered on their property. it usually revolves around being chased out of the neighborhood, some of them with weapons, some are scared to go back to the property after the initial escape and than cancel the assignment.One time back in 2007 I was doing an exterior BPO and this guy came running out of his house my way.
