I plant to participate in buying a home on Homesearch, and I know that they will convey a SWD.

So I want to sell this property in Lagrange,Ga and just get some of the commercial potential price out of it so I can build a home closer to family.Anyways their is a famous firearms manufacturer that is moving to Lagrange which is a 100 million dollar plant .I have a feeling they may want to buy more property for a future expansion which they are stuck in a rock and a hard place because the county owes the land on one side  and the rest is just a old subdivision which if you bought the homeowners out you can squeeze this company for more money.How can I get a investor cash buyer only see the potential on this property and they can hold it and squeeze them till it hurts,I just want 500k for the property you could rent the house till the company comes knocking at the door.

The best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago, the 2nd best time is today.

Plant the seeds today, wait 7-12 years to see them season and mature.

We are closing on an additional 89 acres to plant Teak in Belize. 

I just came back from a vacation to GA and heard about a Mega EV and EV battery plant under construction outside of Savannah that's opening up in 2025 that's expected to employ 8100 people.  

Now I'm hoping to hear from other new investors who have made mistakes and overcome them, come out the other side with some resilience and found some level of success.

We are full book until June though.The STR in our market is very resilient because 50% is US tourists and the rest is international visitors.
