I am not a social butterfly, and often deal with social anxiety, but I feel that this is something that shouldn't keep me from getting into this. 

Did this ever become a regular/recurring thing?

A lot of what I'm trying to overcome is anxiety about making the wrong choice or focusing on the wrong objective.

Although, my issues are anxiety related.  

Personally, given the way I'm wired, what I've found useful thus far was listening to all the podcasts and from those I compiled a recurring number of book recommendations in order to build the foundation for the kind of business I want to create.

Obvious downside is the high monthly recurring cost.

If they are on it for depression or anxiety you can be guaranteed they are conning the system.
