That said, I love the pyramid strategy for 3BRs: 1 queen (for the happy couple) + 2 full (for the angry couple) + 2 bunks (for the kids or last friend that paid).

Echo Ned's feedback. the reason you went to multiple meetings that ended up being the same is that this program is basically a MLM type product those who sponsor you make a spiff .. and when you join ( if you did) and you bring in new blood you get a spiff.. so basically MLM for RE education.. with the top teir folks making a a ton ( top of the pyramid) and those at the base feeding the money up the pyramid.. 

The basic concept of acquiring or at lease controlling real estate without your own money is not new.Yes, Bill Nickerson was the first to preach the idea of pyramiding real estate for the average man or woman and teach a formula that worked.

This sound like a Pyramid Scheme to me.

It does feel like a pyramid scheme.

Initially I wasn't a fan of eXp, thought of it as a pyramid scheme.

My kids think I'm in a cult or pyramid scheme.

Now it's starting to sound like a pyramid scheme.
