Conventusfrom my persona experience all of them have corted me to bring them loans as a broker. my net is not wide enough you have to wade through a lot of borrowers to find ones that are loan worthy and realistic.  

This helps to assure vendors are being conscious of unusual issues at property, the PM company who I'm sure doesn't see the property in person as much as you think has visuals to see if say a bike is laying in yard and landscaper just mowed around it or trashy, and if you see those issues in report without comments it was taken care of express your displeasure the PM company isn't doing job to your standards.

I looked up local meetups in the DC area and am looking forward to networking in person as well. 

I would suggest you screen this person as a new tenant and see if he qualifies.

To be safe, treat each of the 4-6 people separately i.e. you borrow separately from each person as opposed to pooling their funds first and then borrowing them.

I feel like no showings in a month is ridiculous, sure the property isn't for everyone, but if you can't get one person a month in the door, are you really trying?

NO agent in their right mind would give this out.. they could lose thier RE licensee plus in our market its a 20k fine.RE license is basically easy to get if you can't study and pass the test then you have bigger issues.. and if you can't afford the 1k or so a year to maintain it .. then this is probably not the industry for that person as well.Poor advice to have someone just give out their MLS code
