It really depends but typically general consensus is I try to stay away from locals 99% of the time because they usually end up throwing a party or very large gathering. 2/3 experiences have been like that so I stopped taking locals and I always pepper them with questions too.

I recently put my rental property up for rent and without much thought added a bunch of amenities that are good for short term rentals (coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, 2x towels, 2x sheets, laundry detergent, softener, salt, pepper, oil).

."), "what is causing your client to do (whatever thing)", rather than "why is your client doing (whatever it is)".Way more than just that stuff and I took pages of notes on the book, but basically it ties in to what Kobe was saying about making the person feel heard.That being said, it was a helpful book for me because my first and immediate reaction is to want to simply pepper spray people like that in the face - which I'm guessing would also work here. :)  You're in a difficult spot because you're trying to protect your seller.
