This post is my small way of advising against that and hopefully steering some people straight.There's no shame in sitting on cash, building reserves, and being patient right now.

I am not this patient 2) value adds.  

Know your strategy & buying criteria, build your team, consistently analyze deals, and be patient.

Be Patient: It’s only been 2.5 weeks :) Give it a bit more time!

And lastly, it is one of the few remaining markets that you can get a 'steal' for a property.....all I recommend is that you rely on your 'boots on the ground' to point you in the right area codes.  5/30/24 Update:  I have been patiently waiting until our court date to reply to this post. 

Be patient, kind, respectful & supportive of that man, that love of your life = HE is more important than money and material things.  

Please be patient a little longer, maybe February 2020. 

Trying to remain patient and wait for the right thing until it comes up--though, of course, I could miss low interest rates by that point.

Whatever you do, be patient and don't chase!
