BTW...I am not claiming to be an expert on this subject, but I certainly know when someone posts things that are patently untrue...which has happened several times in this thread.

It might be worth every dime, but if you don't have the money and money to lose, I'd suggest you do something similar on your own, there is no patent on real estate deals.

If you were going to be a lawyer/doctor I would be something specialized (patent law, anesthesiology, etc), higher average income.
