I have 23+ years of experience as a managing partner working in real estate and design along with the many diverse properties that crossed my path. I've been fortunate enough to work with; residential, commercial and mixed-use. I have a niche in spotting properties with a lot of potential, which allows my creativity and imagination to see the jewel inside. I love purchasing properties and rehabilitating them into stunning sellable properties for profit. Architecture, floor plans, colour, structure and then compiling specific designs to capture the properties best features -- makes my heart sing.

 I've gained so much knowledge as an entrepreneur and bring with me a knack in working within a budget, developed incredible buying skills, and obtained tremendous resources and connections over the years. This is talent I bring forward with my many various projects.

Throughout this journey, I acquired my real estate license, copyright and a patent. In addition to this, I spent 12 years on film and print sets, which allowed me to become acquainted with the many connections in this terrific industry. I educated myself with how print was advantageous to marketing and, how real homes were being staged to sell the clients products and services. I have also become familiar with the scout agencies for the Bay Area and Southern California seeking new homes for their inventory.

 Hello and welcome to BP! It sounds like you have a lot of experience and are just are just about ready to take action for yourself.  Just remember that location ise Real important along with the numbers.  I am 59 years old and I have been in the construction business since I was 17.
