As a person that travels for work a lot, my time in my city is limited to a few days each week, which means I need to stay very organised if I ever want to successfully build a team and flip houses on the side. 

I think I'm going to go ahead and organise a payment schedule and stick to it.

Depending on how you organise your holdings, this can be reduced (with other tradeoffs).An LLC may not be viewed as you anticipate by the CRA - do your research and consult with an appropriately experienced cross-border accountant and/or attorney  The exchange rate (~25% at the moment) does need to be taken into consideration and, depending on you objectives, may or may not be a impediment.

I looks to me like you are a poor planner, at little bit chaotic maybe and not very organised?

Jeff,Up here (Canada) we would call a local anti-poverty organisation (Community Living) or the Salvation Army to take the clothing.
